Getting on Track



Hey guys,

Long time no chat! Sorry I've been so absent lately- I've been dealing with a lot of stress regarding school and real life issues so getting online has become rare for me.

But while I've been away, I've been focusing a lot on my mental and physical health. As some of you may or may not know, I am a college student and used to play lacrosse for my school team. Being in a college sport kept me very active and in pretty good shape.

However, after I decided to quit my team, my physical and mental health have taken a bit of a hit.

Within these last few weeks, I knew I had to get it together. So, I've been going to the gym by myself 5 times a week, and have tried probably every diet known to man.

In my mind, dieting was the only way to ensure I was on the right eating track; But my gosh was I so wrong! You should never have to pay or go on a diet plan to eat better! All these fad diets are BS in my opinion.

Instead, I've dedicated a lot of my time learning about food and why I should be eating what. It's crazy what an impact food as on our insides. When you put good in, good comes from it!
