Delving into Vintage
Carpeted floors, patterned wallpapers and golden frames are the perfect touches to make a place look vintage. My preferences for my own home have always been rather modern but, lately, I have started taking an interest in vintage furniture.
My interest in the vintage style usually starts and ends with creating something museum-like, that few people would actually dare to have in their home. But now, as I develop a stronger liking towards this style, I want to design more "practically vintage" rooms. I want designs that will help me practice incorporating "vintage" into without it looking ridiculous and out-of-place.
I am still testing the waters and admit that this design isn't satisfactorily good. However, I thoroughly enjoyed created this. I'm a little out of my element, and am having a hard time coming up with new ideas, which is why it was especially good to create something just for fun, without placing high expectations on the outcome.
