Stressed About Midterms?
Hi guys,
So my midterms are coming up already, and you can best believe that I am overwhelmed with all of the studying that I've already done, and that I'm going to be doing these next couple of weeks. This semester, I have 5 midterms, and a paper that I have due for one of my classes. Can you say stressed?!
Well, whether you're in college right now studying for midterms, or you're still in grade school studying for a bunch of tests, you are not alone!
Here are some of my tips...
Space it Out:
Space out your studying by getting a planner and planning out your study days. Plan out what you'll be studying on each day, and how long you'll dedicate time for. This will help you to stay on track, and also help to make sure you're not waiting to study until the last minute.
No Study Guide?:
That's ok! Create a study-sheet based on the notes you took in class. If you want to get extra-smart, you can also ask your teacher if he/she will stay after with you, and help you write up your study-sheet!
Rewards:
Give yourself a reward after studying each day! Maybe eat your favorite snack, watch your favorite show, or get your nails done. Set a reward up for yourself so you are motivated to getting your studying done!
Best of luck during your studies!
Always,
Brooke
