New Years Goals
January is a wonderful opportunity to get yourself to accomplish all of those goals you've been dreaming of accomplishing.
As many of you are probably aware, some people like to create New Years Resolutions where they set 1 specific goal they want to achieve, and usually it's a pretty large goal.
Of course it's great to have big goals, it's easy to feel discouraged and lose hope when you don't achieve it right away.
So, instead of setting 1 large goal for myself to accomplish by the end of the year, I am making 52 small weekly goals for myself to achieve for the year. This way, I am more in control of how I pursue this goal, and I am less likely to have "cheat-days" not working to complete the goal.
I encourage you all to create weekly goals, and work towards making 2019 the best year yet!
